Leon: What do you think of up coming RB from Haines City E’andre Smith just like what are you takes on him?
BCP: Has potential. I don’t have a real solid opinion on him yet. Did some good things at our showcase. However, he has limited film due to limited carries last season playing behind DJ Law. This May and the first 3 games of the season, we will know something!!!

Bill: Who are some quarterbacks that have attended your camp that have been unknown but will make a name for them selves next season?
BCP: SEE HERE
—
Kev: Do you see any good 2015 prospects at Kathleen high school?
BCP: I will have to get out to Kathleen again this spring. The 2016 class looks much better. However, that is what I know of right now. More research and observations to be done.

Robinson: Polk county had 4 of 6 (Ridge, Haines City, Lakeland, Kathleen) teams in top 25 in 7a all at same time and Big County pretty much brushed them off but was all over Plant City, East Bay, Newsome, etc. who played not 1 top 25 opponent till playoff and lost!! Is Polk County on a island of its own or do you only cover our 3 & 4 star recruits?
BCP: Usually when we get questions along this line, it screams that the poster does not follow our site and is unaware of extensive content on our website. So, I will break this down to your respectfully…
- To start the 2013 season, 6 0f our top 16 teams were Polk County teams. See HERE we cover 92 schools in 4 counties. At week 6 of the 2013 season, 6 Polk County teams were ranked in our Sweet 16. See HERE. At the conclusion of the 2013 season, 5 Polk County Teams were ranked in our Sweet 16. See HERE. See our week by week Sweet 16 rankings HERE.
- At no point have we ever “brushed off (as you put it)” any team. 92 schools is a large amount and the more successful teams with the larger amount of quality players and prospects, naturally will receive more coverage.
- We do not consider any other publications when developing our team or player rankings. NONE! The only rankings that we are concerned with, are BCP rankings.
- Of the teams you mentioned in your post, below are links to the majority of the post those teams or players from those teams are mentioned in.
Haines City – HERE
Kathleen- – HERE
Lakeland – HERE
Ridge Community – HERE
- We have covered Polk County for 1 calendar year. In that time, there are more than 147 post on our website with Polk County content. That is roughly 1 post on Polk County every other day (Not too bad).
- Do we only cover Polk Counties “3 & 4 star recruits?” The answer is no. Please click HERE and see the vast number of Polk County players mentioned.
- In our most recent Prospect Rankings (Will be adjusted next week), 27 of our top 79 2015 and 2016 prospects attend Polk County Schools. Please Click HERE and see how many are state or nationally ranked.
