Armwood offensive tackle and rising senior Kevin McCoy was given a scholarship offer by USF, according to coach Evan Davis.  McCoy is part of a returning offensive line that should be the best in the Bay area.

The Bulls have been especially active offering area players early this spring.  They have already offered a trio of Hawks to go with a couple of Plant City players.
