Last season our rankings were almost spot on. Outside of an unexpected injury to Robinson’s, Carlos Duclos, 6 of 7 graduating seniors signed division 1 football scholarships and 5 of 10 on the 2011 list earned All BCP Honors at the conclusion of the 2011 season. This year’s list is slightly different with a good number of no name prospects. However, we don’t feel that the talent level is any less, possibly greater.
As hard as this was, we ranked the Top CORNERBACKS in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco County (Disclaimer: we have not even touched the surface of Pasco County talent). These rankings will be evaluated again in the summer as opinions change and other players surface. The rankings are based on skill, talent, basically…who we think will be the top CBs of the 2012 season. Our evaluations are based on film review, Ignite Showcase performance, combines and practice observations.
