The month of May has come and gone.  With it, came the flurry of college football coaches scouting area prospects.  They hit a ton of schools in the time they spent in the area. Pounding the pavement in Hillsborough, turning over stones in Pasco, digging deep in Pinellas and knocking on doors in Polk.  Many wanting to get “in person” evaluations on the popular names.  But, most wanting to find new players and see the prospects we listed on the BCP Prospect list.

A number of verbal offers were extended while college coaches were visiting high school campuses. Even with the popularity of a bunch of area prospects, we feel like many are either being over looked, will be late bloomers or at least should be on plenty of schools’ recruiting boards.  The prospects listed below are 46 kids we felt should have gained more recruiting attention during May and will pop during the summer or early in the fall season.  Our area is not limited to the players listed.  We can not list all of the college prospects we evaluated, so we picked a number and attached names to it.
