Countryside 2014 CB, Mike Johnson visited South Florida today along with a few Countryside teammates. He expressed to BCP via text, that he really enjoyed the unofficial visit.

Johnson is the #2 ranked CB in the BCP coverage area behind Florida commit, Vernon Hargreaves. He holds verbal offers from Iowa State, Central Florida and received a verbal offer from South Florida Sunday of the 2012 July Sling and Shoot.

When asked how his visit went, Johnson replied “It was good, I liked it a lot.” At 6-0/175lbs, Johnson shows plenty of promise…very good footwork and improving cover skills. “It [USF] was better than what people make it out to be.
