USF, high interest in Countryside’s Sattinger

AJ Sattinger, Countryside 2013 TE took an unofficial visit to USF today with some of his countryside teammates including CB Mike Johnson and DE Mike Love. He came away highly impressed after coaches expressed increased interest in the 6-2/230lbs Cougar.

Sattinger currently hold verbal offers from: Richmond, Coastal Carolina, Furman, Temple, Georgia State, Jacksonville State, Bowling Green, Gardner-Webb, Western Michigan and Ohio. But, has not solidified favorites.

During his visit, Sattinger says that the Bulls are recruiting him hard as a H-back and he will likely make an official visit October 6th. When asked about the visit, “Great. I met with the head coach (Skip Holtz), got a tour of the place and was told I am the #1 TE on their board.

Sattinger has really good hands and feet…physical blocker, runs great routes. No USF offer yet, but if the Bulls pull the trigger, It will be Sattinger’s first BCS verbal offer. SEE SATTINGER HILITES HERE
