TJ Harrell assuming rushing duties

TJ Harrell
Tampa Catholic 2014 ATH

6 foot, 202lbs Tampa Catholic prospect is known primarily as a defensive standout. However, the two-year starter is transitioning to become a two-way stud. The Crusaders unfortunately lost their two leading rushers to transfer this winter. Jordan Rich-Rogers to Gaither and Trevor Register to Jefferson, the bulk of Tampa Catholics rushing attack was void.

In this years spring game, Harrell assumed offensive duties and rushed for over 150 yards, one interception and 9 total tackles. Because of his speed and agility Harrell expects to be competing for the starting running back job with rising sophomore Corey Bennett.
