tbo.com: TAMPA – Armwood senior running back Kyle Wilcox made a verbal commitment to the University of Pennsylvania on Monday night, Wilcox told the Tampa Tribune.

“I’m really happy and excited about the prospect of playing for Penn and attending school there,” Wilcox said. “It’s an Ivy League education at the best football program in the Ivy League.”
