Tate Whatley, Strawberry Crest, QB, 2018, 6-1/190 holds an offer from Mercer currently and is receiving increased interest from Florida and Auburn. Naturally those same three schools would be leading for him in recgards to recruiting. However, Whatley admits that Auburn is his dream school.

To date he has visited Florida, Alabama, Warner, Liberty, Iowa St (satellite camp), Mercer, USF and Auburn. As he progresses and establishes himself as a solid QB prospect Whatley hopes to be recruited by Florida, Auburn, Georgia, South Carolina and Clemson.
