Andrew Green (6′ 1″ 230 lbs) is committing to Stetson University. Green secured a partial scholarship and is working on earning academic scholarships to cover the remaining tuition.

Green finished 2011 with 44 tackles, 6 sacks and 2 fumble recoveries.

The Stetson Hatters’ football program will be returning in 2013 after a 57-year hiatus. Stetson will compete in the Pioneer Football League which is comprised almost entirely of private universities that play at the NCAA Division I level in their other sports competitions. The league also includes: Butler University, Campbell University, Davidson College, University of Dayton, Drake University, Jacksonville University, Marist College, Morehead State University, University of San Diego and Valparaiso University.
