On a night when Tampa Bay Prospects’ Ray Ray McCloud, Ish Witter, and Alex McGough all had solid halves, another player emerged with the best performance.  Steinbrenner’s rising junior WR/KR Kezio Snelling lead the Warriors back from a 2nd quarter 14-0 deficit by scoring on an 88 yard kickoff TD return, a 14 yard TD run, and with 33 seconds left, another 85 yard kickoff TD Return.  Coupled with rising senior OLB/RB Shyheem Barthel 2-point conversion run, Steinbrenner defeated Alonso 22-21 in a thrilling comeback where both teams combined for 3 TDs in the last 2:13 of the game. Additionally, Warriors rising senior ILB Brad Atkinson had several tackles for loss.

For Alonso, rising senior RB Ish Witter had 13 carries for 64 yards, a TD run, and a catch for 16 yards. Rising sophomore QB Chris Oladokun went 6 for 10 for 84 yards with 20 yard TD passes to rising seniors WR/DB Brandon Robinson and WR Marcus Mosely. Also, Ravens rising seniors LB Jonah Hahn and LB/WR Parker Sedwick had interceptions.

In the first Jamboree half, Sickles defeated Gaither 22-14, led by rising junior RB/DB/PR Ray Ray McCloud’s 13 rushes for 94 yards, 2 rush TDs, 2 rush 2-point conversions, and a catch for 40 yards. Gryphons rising junior QB Issac Holder was 4 for 5 for 106 yards, 1 Int, and had a 38-yard TD pass to rising senior WR Chett Levay.

For Gaither, rising senior QB Alex McGough was 8 for 10 for 187 yards with TD passes to rising senior DB/WR Amani Oruwariye (17 yards) and rising junior ATH Malik Huff (28 yards). Amani also had an Interception.
