Tampa, FL – ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE is what the Falcon coaching staff was coaching behind the cut off blocks and proper tackling technique.  The Falcons seem to be moving in the right direction.  It was about the way the players moved from station to station, hustle, practicing with a purpose, practicing like champions!  Everything was geared around preparing to win. Not just preparing to play a game.  The Falcons were low on numbers, 29 guys to be exact and 5 coaches.  But, kids were listening and trying to get better, not just going through the motions.  I thought, ATH, Francisco Salcedo was an athlectic player with good build and speed.  Alex Smith (2012) and Andre Simpson (2013) will be the guys for the Falcons.  Both can play some!  Simpson goes about 6-2, 190lbs and runs strong.  Alex Smith won’t come off the field as he will be a big time play maker on both sides of the ball.  The most eveident observation was the harping of change of attitude.  Some of the players get it and it will rub off on the ones that don’t get it.
