Sir Patrick Reynolds lights up Chamberlain

Last night, Chamberlain hosted Wharton in a battle of the undefeated. Both teams boasting a 5-0 record led by Wharton’s Sir Patrick Reynolds and Chamberlain’s Reggie Hart. In a game with lots of action and scoring, BCP/Bay Area Hoops Breakdown MVP, Sir Patrick Reynolds got the best of Reggie Hart not in the book, but on the scoreboard.

Reynolds posted 19 points using his size, athletic ability and displaying a sweet stroke from the outside. He proved to be a hard assignment for any Chief trying to cover him. He scored from everywhere on the floor; inside the paint, outside the paint, from the free throw line and the three point line.

The Fall Breakdown MVP was virtually unstoppable in the first half. Reynolds took high percentage shots, good shots, passed the ball well and worked the glass. Wharton would defeat Chamberlain 80-63, pulling away in the 4th quarter by applying a very effective 3/4 court press and creating several turnovers which led to easy buckets.
