The Memphis Tigers extended St. Petersburg Catholic RB Ryan Green an offer today. Memphis is the 25th school to offer Green, who is rated as the top back in Tampa.

Green holds offers from all the major Florida schools and is one of the most sought-after prospects in Tampa Bay.
