MOST IMPRESSED WITH
Williams does an excellent job pursuing the ball carrier with square shoulders while the runner is still in the box. Really works his angles and tackles with square shoulders. He packs a punch when he tackles, very physical and seems to love hitting.

IMPROVEMENTS
Quickness. Williams does a great job of getting to the ball, but needs to read and react a little quicker. Read, react, anticipate…are what great inside linebackers are able to do. Having a quick initial burst will help Williams take away blocking angles from the offensive linemen.
