REALLY LIKE
How this RB sets up his blocks in the backfield and upfield. He has great feet and vision. Along with his ability to not wait on blocks and time up his burst, Cruz looks pretty good on film. He is very shifty and elusive in traffic. You will see, several times 2 or 3 defenders look as though they have him, only to allow Cruz to escape because of his foot speed.

IMPROVEMENTS
Acceleration. Cruz is more quick than fast. He has good downfield speed, but needs to improve on his acceleration to go from 3rd to 4th gear. He has quick feet and a quick initial burst. Once he adds that pull away speed when he gets downfield, look out!
