Louie Pappas, the man behind center at Tarpon Springs High, is a little bit of an unknown, but in Pinellas County, his name is spoken often. Though he has competed at the Elite 11, Badger 7 on 7 and most recently the BCP Ignite Combine, Pappas is not the 1st name to come out of any ones mouth when having a debate about the best QBs.
