UCF to host FAMU in Week One of 2019 

ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – UCF has finalized its non-conference schedule for the 2019 football season. The Knights will host Florida A&M University during Week One of the 2019 season.

This will be the first time the two squads have faced off in Orlando and it will be the first meeting since 1987. The Rattlers picked up a 19-14 victory at Bragg Memorial Stadium in Tallahassee in the lone contest between the Knights and FAMU. UCF was a member of NCAA Division II at the time of that first contest, while FAMU played at the NCAA Division I-AA (now Football Championship Subdivision) level.

With the addition of the FAMU game, UCF’s 2019 non-conference slate is as follows:

Week 1 – vs. FAMU

Sept. 7 – at FAU
Sept. 14 – vs Stanford
Sept. 21 – at Pittsburgh

The following is a look at other future non-conference matchups:

2020 – Week 1 vs North Carolina; 9/19 at Georgia Tech
2021 – 9/18 at Louisville
2022 – 9/17 vs Louisville
2024 – 9/21 at North Carolina
2025 – 9/20 vs North Carolina
