Top running back and linebacker performances from IGNITE
RUNNING BACKS
MVP Jesse Holmes, Spoto 2015 – Was absolutely fantastic. Dropped few to no footballs during 1 on1s, pass blocked well and showed excellent feet and skill in individual work.
Tyler King, Fort Meade 2016 – So fast, so smooth and extremely athletic.
Deshawn Smith, Nature Coast 2016 – One of the quickest, most agile backs at Ignite.
Andrew Couto, East Lake 2015 – One of the biggest surprises of the running back group. Had a great 1 on 1 session.
Duran Bell, Armwood – This young prospect was fabulous. Anything the BIG DOGS could do, so could he. At times, Better!
TJ Simmons, Lakeland Christian 2015 – Just reaffirmed why he is such a high profile prospect. Tested well and ran solid routes. Always in football position.
Jalen Pickett, Zephyrhills 2015 – Showed good feet in drill work and ran great routes.
E’andre Smith, Haines City 2015 – Had one of the best 1 on1 sessions of all the RBs.
Jessie Britt, Auburndale 2016 – The young prospect got better as the event progressed. Smooth runner with receiver hands.
Wilbur Cooper, Auburndale 2015 – Came on strong. Tested very well and did some great stuff in blitz pick up.
Artavis Pierce, Auburndale 2016 – Had a solid showing. Showed “coachability” and attitude.
Nathan Johnson, Sunlake 2015 – Caught the ball well and ran well the entire event.
LINEBACKERS
MVP Sawyer Dawson, Plant City 2015 – The race was tight, but 1 on 1s separated Dawson from the pack. He was agile, aggressive and showed good technique for the most part. Expect Dawson to progress throughout the spring.

Jaye Miner, Wiregrass 2015 – Was not able to compete in 1 on1s but had a solid showing up until that point.

Austin Yeloushan, Sunlake 2015 – Big and agile. Aggressive and did really well in drills versus the RBs.
Brandon Loudermilk, Durant 2015 – Did well in 1 on 1s.
