Tampa, FL – Brandon Holloway blasted on the scene this season with a series of runs that showed him ripping through some of the best defenses in town. His speed is unmatched and because of his speed, tons of schools came calling, recruiting the Alonso senior to play for their university. With a number of verbal offers, Mississippi State is where Holloway wants to call home. “I feel really good about the pick. It’s a good program and I’m excited to be a bulldog”. Holloway committed to Mississippi State this morning stating he developed a good relationship with the coaches and they want him to contribute right away. “They want me to be a slot receiver and take some snaps as a running back. They also want me to be a big part of the return game”, said Holloway. Holloway visited the Bulldog campus this past week, where he also participated in their camp and recorded another sub 4.3 40 yard dash time.
