Brandon running back Tyrell Garner may have gotten the hype going into Friday night’s matchup against Durant, but the Cougars Jarmarlon Hamilton got the last laugh, running for 160 yards and 3 touchdowns in a 36-24 Durant win.
The Cougars (2-1, 1-0) only trailed for about 30 seconds during the game. Brandon’s field goal early in the 3rd quarter gave the Eagles a 17-15 lead.
