Armwood had some pretty big shoes to fill when their quarterback Josh Grady graduated and headed to Vanderbilt. But the position didn’t take long to fill, when Tampa Bay Tech Junior Darryl Richardson made the transfer.

Not the most experienced player in the pocket, Richardson came into the Hawks program confident and ready to work on and off the field. He came into the program as a 2.0 student and went into his final exams with all “A’s”
