Armwood’s Alvin Bailey has been a household name in Tampa since his sophomore year. But now, the 2013 WR prospect is becoming a national name.  After picking up two verbal offers earlier in the week, the 2012 Ignite Elite performer was offered another verbal offer by Illinois.  This brings his total number of verbal offers to just about double digits. Notre Dame, UCF, Ole Miss and Vanderbilt to name few.
