Indian Rocks Christian may not be a Powerhouse football program that attracts a number of student athletes. But, it is a program that has attracted plenty of college recruiting attention. Primary reason: 6-5/221lbs TE prospect, Sean Culkin. Currently Culkin holds offers from FIU, Liberty, Samford, Iowa State, Furman and Western Michigan. Culkin says he is very open to all schools who are interested in him. “I want to go to a school that will play me as a traditional TE and also split me out”, says Culkin. In 2010, Culkin totaled 547 yards receiving, 9 TD receptions on 28 grabs. At the time, Culkin does not have any college visits scheduled. Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Auburn and Wisconsin are also showing strong interest.
