863 Under recruited prospects

Only college football programs can make scholarship offers to potential football recruits. College coaches make their own evaluations even with heavy influence from high school coaches, promoters and others. Regardless, some kids we feel are real college prospects and are not receiving much college attention.

Here are a few prospects we feel are D1 and or D1aa prospects that are under recruited for various reasons.

Trey Congdon (0 offers, only interest) – Lake Gibson – QB – Starting since freshman year and has developed over the years. Good arm strength and ball placement and knows where to deliver the football depending on the play call.

Dwayne Williams (0 offers, only interest) – Mulberry – OL – Will be the top offensive line prospect out of Polk this upcoming season, but injury last year cost him to miss most of the entire season. Technique still needs work, but his size is evident. Aggressive run blocker, needs to work on his pass blocking steps.

Dimitri Leverett (0 offers) – Bartow – QB/ATH – His height will scare off most D1 schools from seriously considering him at the QB position, but if he had the height he could contend for the top QB spot in Polk. Very strong arm, evident on short routes and amazing ball placement shown on film in deep throws (receivers didn’t help him by dropping a lot of his passes). Has the ability to scramble and elude defenders. Has been racking up MVP awards at various camps, but can that translate into an MVP performance during the season for the Jackets?

Fedrice Binot (0 offers) – Lake Gibosn – OL – A tad bit undersized OL, but has probably the best technique out of all the returning Polk OL. Reminds me of Georgia Tech OL and former Lake Gibson star Errin Joe.

Cody Pandolfo (0 offers) – Ridge Community – ATH/WR/CB – Speedy receiver who shows ability to get off the line in a hurry and get himself open. Can play corner back as well and showed good change of direction and ability to shadow receivers in one on one coverage.
