“…just a kid you would want your son to be like!”

THE FILM TALKS
This film is crazy good for a first year player. The senior from Durant is still learning as he goes. But he passes the initial “Size” test standing at 6-4. Then, as we watch for the athleticism he shows natural ability to:
– Redirect in space
– Chase, long and short
– Can be super disruptive

ONE DIVISION 1 COLLEGE COACH…
After sending this very same film to a division 1 college coach, this is the feedback we received…”Just showed him to our defensive end coach as well. Said he looks like he will be an inside guy seeing that he is that big already. Likes him though. Said he will continue to follow him throughout the rest of the season.” That means, he is a SENIOR EVALUATION kid. Will likely be placed on the recruiting board with the opportunity to rise as he becomes more attractive and/or other prospects commit to other schools.

NOTE THIS…
When film jumps off the screen as this one does and the player is a first year kid still learning the position and the game, the potential is so high. It become worth the gamble for a university to scholarship the player because he is like “clay” with so much to mold. A coach can almost create the player he wants. The athleticism and effort is already there. Now a college coach needs to build a college player.
