Big, oh yea! The Big Man is actually, “less big” than a few months prior. Clark is a BCP 2012 Ignite Showcase participant. At the February showcase, he weighed well over 400lbs and had to duck to get in and out of the weigh-in room. Because of his size (6-8/400 plus), it was hard for him to get into a good football stance, move his feet and play several snaps in a row.

Clark dedicated himself to losing weight and improving as a football player. He worked to get himself into better football shape and becoming more flexible. He now has a better bend, slightly more agile and can play for extended periods of time.

Is he any good? I will let his film do the talking. He will project as a guard prospect. He does’t have the foot speed to play tackle, though on his film below, he is playing tackle. He does have a big punch at the point of attack and moves his feet better than you would expect a 390lbs player to move. He plays high, but that is correctable. He does not have great technique, but that is coachable. He “ain’t” the prettiest prospect, but looks don’t win games. You need a butt to run behind on forth down, on the 3 yard line going in the end zone or on third down late in the game to keep the clock moving…see below!
