2016 Athletes Available: Speed and Size

Senior uncommitted prospects.

Douglas Farmer, Land O’Lakes, ATH-D, 2016, 6-0/205
– Able to play in the secondary. Will likely find a home at line backer. Wide frame. Could possibly play the Mike backer position.

Nasir Core, Freedom, ATH-O, 2016, 6-1/185-195
– Runs really well. Long player. Good athlete. May find his way into the secondary.

Da’Juan Johnson, Gibbs, ATH-O, 2016, 5-8/165
– Undersized, but electric. Hard to tackle what a defender can not catch.

Keandre Griner, Ridge Community, ATH-O, 2016, 5-11/175
– Very versatile. Really like him at corner. Excellent body control and ball skills.

Jordan Holder, Tenoroc, ATH-O, 2016, 6-3/215
– Huge kid. Physical blocker and big time red zone threat. Could also play with his hand in the dirt at defensive end.

Isaiah Thomas, Largo, ATH-O, 2016, 6-0/155
– Has been playing QB by necessity. Naturally receiver with excellent speed and strong hands.

BJ Sirmons, Lakeland Christian, ATH-O, 2016, 5-8/155-165
– Shifty players with great lateral movement. Could be an instant impact player on special teams as a true freshman.

Jules St. G, Kathleen, ATH-O/DTQB, 2016, 6-0/190-200
– Playing quarterback for the undefeated Kathleen Red Devils. Changes directions well and has good straight ahead speed. Could see him in the defensive secondary.
