2014 Western Conference Teams
Teams are selected by Hillsborough County coaches who have the opportunity to promote their athletes to their other coaches in the division. After nominations are made, the group votes on each position. The majority of the votes equals the first team players. Players with the next largest amount of votes are second team selections.
