Haines City RB Dacorius Law

Back on 10/4/2012, we wrote “Fast and explosive. Very instinctive player. With the homerun ability.” about Law. This is before he had a single offer in an article titled Tip of the Iceberg: 2013 Statewide Sleepers.  Our next feature on Law was more extensive as we tried to get as much attention on him as possible.  We dropped Examine the RB: Haines City’s Dacorius Law the lab rat  on March 21st of this year. I wrote: Haines City has a 6 foot, 190 pound RB named Dacorius Law. Law is our #1 ranked RB prospect and #4 ranked prospect over all and does not have one verbal offer to date. So either, we are totally off in our evaluation or college coaches are missing on this one for the time being. Either way, one party knows something the other does not. At that time Iowa State, South Florida, UCONN, Florida, Central Florida and Youngstown State were all showing interest.

Law eventually ended up with verbal offers from Marshall, Georgia Southern, Eastern Illinois, Indiana, UCF, Ohio State, Ole Miss., Michigan State, South Alabama, Iowa State and Alcorn State.  He recently committed to Utah.
