Alonso 2014 RB, Ish Witter verbally committed to Missouri last night. Witter becomes the third Alonso Raven to verbally commit to a division 1 university this season:

Darius Davis – Florida Atlantic University
Ish Witter – Missouri
Gary Brown – Georgia Tech

Witter is on pace to accumulating 1,000 yards rushing for the first time in his high school career (junior – 902, sophomore – 570, freshman – 314). This year he has carried the ball 62 time for 360 yards, 5.81 yards per carry and 3 TDs. To this point, he has amassed 2,146 career rushing yards for his Ravens.

Witter chose the Missouri Tigers over Georgia State, FIU, Middle Tennessee, Western Kentucky, Tulane, UMASS, Ohio and Rutgers. It was rumored that Rutgers was a close #2 prior to his commitment yesterday.
