Cody Waldrop, Armwood, offensive lineman may not be the biggest name of the team or get much of the glory during the season. But one thing he is getting, is plenty of attention from college football programs. At 6-3, 300lbs, Waldrop has reeled in plenty of college offers and is looking to get many more. Waldrop recently visited the campus of LSU, starting his off-season college visit tour. Waldrop spoke highly of LSU stating “It[LSU visit] was good. They gave me a good tour and said I would compete right away.” Waldrop also had great things to say about the coaching staff, “Their coaching staff is great. I like coach Greg Studrawa (offensive line coach). I feel like he shoots straight.” Waldrop has plenty of time to make a college decision but it sure does sound like LSU made a good impression on him.
