USF Football Season Ticket Priority Renewal Period Begins January 31

Season ticket members encouraged to renew for priority ticket access
Alumni, faculty and staff receive 20% discount through March 30
First 300 renewals to receive a game-worn football jersey

TAMPA, JAN. 29, 2018 – A USF Football team that has gone 21-4 the last two seasons and made a program-record 20 straight appearances in the top 25 polls will return 11 starters for head coach Charlie Strong’s second season, which kicks off Sept. 1 in Raymond James Stadium.

Starting on Wed., Jan. 31, season ticket members can begin renewing tickets for the 2018 season. Priority access will allow season ticket members to lock in their current seat locations, add new seats or change locations for tickets to watch a Bulls team that has posted a 17-3 home record over the last three seasons and will look to extend a run of three straight bowl appearances.

The first 300 season ticket members to renew their seats for 2018 will receive a game-worn USF football jersey. Full details can be found at USFBullStrong.com.

• The PRIORITY RENEWAL period for football season ticket members
begins on Jan. 31 and will run through Friday, March 30.

• NEW season tickets for the 2018 football season will go on sale to all fans starting on Fri., April 13. Deposits of $50 are currently being accepted toward new season tickets and may be made by calling 1-800-Go-Bulls, visiting www.USFBullsTix.com or in-person at the USF Ticket Office (Lee Roy Selmon Athletic Center) Monday-through-Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

• PARTIAL SEASON TICKET plans, GROUP TICKETS and INDIVDUAL GAME tickets will go on sale on April 13.

• USF alumni, faculty and staff will once again receive a 20 percent discount on all football season ticket purchases through March 30. The discount drops to 10 percent after March 30.

Fans can renew on-line by going to www.USFBullStrong.com or by phone by calling 1-800-Go-Bulls. Fans wishing to renew by mail can call 1-800-Go-Bulls to request a paper statement. Season ticket members are encouraged to check their e-mail for information from USF Athletics pertaining to their renewal.

A portion of football season tickets purchased in most stadium locations will go to support scholarships for all USF student-athletes.

USF will play six games in Raymond James Stadium during the 2018 season, highlighted by visits from ACC opponent Georgia Tech (Sept. 8) and the return of War-on-I-4 rival UCF. Last season’s thrilling, 49-42 loss to the Knights in Orlando featured a pair of top 25-ranked teams and was chosen as the best college football game of the regular season by Athlon Sports.

USF posted its second straight 10-win season in 2017 (10-2) by winning its second straight Birmingham Bowl with a 38-34 victory over Texas Tech. USF is one of just 13 teams nationally to win 20-plus games in the last two seasons (21-4) and has spent a program-record 19 straight weeks ranked in the top 25, reaching as high as No. 13 in Week 8 of the 2017 season. The Bulls have won five of their last six bowl appearances and made nine (6-3) total bowl appearances in 21 seasons, including a current run of three straight bowls. The Bulls won a program-record 11 games in 2016 (11-2) and have posted 14 winning seasons. The USF program, which first took the field in 1997, reached No. 2 in the rankings in 2007 and has seen 28 players selected in the NFL Draft, 14 named All-American and had 32 first-team all-conference selections.
