They jumped in and showed their colors at E7 Summer

Patrick Mathieson, River Ridge 2015 QB

INCREASED STOCK
MVP Bruce Anderson, Newsome 2015 RB – Besides his physique (5-11/175), he moved extremely well. We knew little about Anderson prior to E7. Now, he has increased his stock tremendously and provided us with much more info.

Tyreese Cruz, Bartow 2015 RB – Extremely quick and caught the ball really well. Probably the best route runner of all the running backs. Cruz has some light recruiting attention currently. We expect that to increase during the fall.

MVP Marc McCoy, Spoto 2015 WR – Smashed the event. Completely shattered it. A legit 6 foot and 160 pound frame able to hold 20 more pounds, McCoy proved that he can be a division 1 prospect. McCoy will be a big reason why college coaches head to Spoto High in the fall.

Ryan Fulse, Fort Meade 2015 RB – Fulse has played several positions for the Miners. Some CB, a little outside backer, but he is likely a better running back. He is a solid 5-10/175 pounds, Fulse best asset is probably his speed.

Christian Loubriel, Alonso 2015 OL – Could be one of the most underrated offensive linemen in Hillsborough County. 6 foot 2, 280 pounds and moves pretty well. Likely an interior prospect. He has a nice frame and will get stronger and stronger!

ON THE BOARD
Devan Barrett, Tampa Catholic 2017 DB – High level prospect. We will not elaborate too much because he is a rising sophomore. Too much attention too early can hurt young players. We will repeat…HIGH LEVEL PROSPECT.

V’Onte Williams, Wharton 2015 DB – High Level prospect. 6-1/190, the kid can play. His recruiting will sky rocket in the fall! Williams has great feet and transition. Could play safety or corner at the major D1 level. He has springs (vertical leap) and explosiveness.

Jackie Tucker, Zephyrhills 2016 WR – Solid day for Mr. Tucker. Made a spectacular play towards the end of the event. Attacks the ball in flight.

Kevon Woods, St. Petersburg 2015 WR – Unknown prospect who did not play last season and looking for a breakout year. Woods is a 6-4, athletic receiver who snags the ball out the air and does a great job getting off the line vs. press coverage. He looks the part and college coaches will see him and love to dump him in the weight room and watch him grow.
