The entire secondary signed scholarships to play at the next level this season, so they will be young at the back end of the defense. However, they return both starting ILB’s Ryan Voyles and Collin Errity and will also have the services of Sam Skinner at the defensive end position.

The scoop:
The Tornadoes have created a storm on the 7-on-7 summer circuit and will represent the state along with Palmetto in the southeast regionals next weekend up in Valdosta. They’re also at the top of everyone’s list to win their district this fall and with all of the weapons they’ve got on offense and defense, those folks could be right. It’s a long way to go for sure, but Clearwater is relevant and Pinellas County is much better for it.

The school is projected to have 3,500 students in less than two years time in 2017…Hiscock is 61-37 in his tenure for the Wolves and has led Newsome to three district titles consecutively from 2008-2010.
