Shavar Manuel 2016 DE is a three time ALL BCP selection. As a Freshman at Blake, he totaled 10 sacks, 33 solo tackles, 44 total tackle, 1 CF. As a sophomore and junior, he totaled over 40 plus sacks.

Lets take a few steps back. After his 10 sack season as a freshman, Blake had one. They finally had a kid that would draw college coaches in the building. The college coaches had a reason to Blake now. 6-4/225 pound freshman was the big ticket. Below was film cut midway through Shavar’s sophomore season just before he took off and was listed on every major D1 coaches’ recruiting board.

Now at IMG, the sky is the limit for the big man. Anything he does will not be much of a surprise. 50 sacks already to his name. He’s been coached up for the last 3 years by one of the best defensive line coaches around (Anthony Davis), he should continue to dominate at his new school.
