DUNEDIN —
The Spoto Spartans had to overcome a lot of adversity before they even stepped on the football field at Dunedin on Friday night.

Four starters were suspended for the game for violation of team rules, leaving Head Coach Dale Caparaso shorthanded before the opening kickoff. Also, star running back Timothy Adams didn’t practice all week due to an ankle injury, leaving him questionable for the game.

To top it all off, the team bus didn’t arrive at the school until five minutes before game time, forcing Caparaso into rushing his players onto the field for a brief pregame warm-up session. FULL ARTICLE HERE
