Dominating Spoto senior RB/LB Danny Taylor will be headed to North Carolina Tech next fall, a Christian Prep Academy located in Charlotte.  Taylor, a 6′ 1.5″  205-pound dual threat running back, was a dominating force on the Spartan offense last year collecting nearly 1700 yards from scrimmage.  He will be joined at NC Tech by fellow Spartan senior captain Tyron Baker.

Baker, a huge wide receiver at 6′ 4″ and 192 pounds, opened eyes with a stellar 2010 season.  He hauled in 61 receptions for 1134 yards, including 16 touchdowns.  Both will be pursued by FCS and possibly FBS universities once they raise their academic standards to be included in the NCAA clearinghouse.
