1) Deep ball by the Robinson QB
2) Pass is tipped by the Blake CB
3) Once the tip happens, contact with the receiver before he touches the ball and before a penalty (late hit/personal foul), contact with the intended WR is legal.
4) WR was still in bounds once hit by Blake safety Robert Overton
5) Just in case someone wants to cry for a “Targeting” call, contact was made with the shoulder pads. Not the crown of the helmet nor did the DB launch into the tackle.
