This time, Every year, rising senior players hear about certain players receiving verbal offers and start to question when their recruitment will take off.

Contrary to popular belief, only a small percentage of rising seniors have a verbal scholarship offer at this time. To our count, 36 2015 kids hold at least one verbal offer. That’s 36 kids across 4 counties (92 schools). You do the math. Ain’t that many.

Only the elite prospects will grab early recruiting attention. The majority will get hot during the 2014 season and many will pick up attention this coming May (Spring Football).

Last season about 50 kids held offers prior to spring football. We ended up with around 120 prospects with offers prior to the 2013 football season and over 170 signed college scholarships (All levels of college football) on National Signing Day a few weeks back.
