After decommitting from the University of Central Florida, Tampa Bay Tech 2013 ATH Richard Benjamin says he has not been in contact with the Knights coaching staff. Currently, Benjamin is very interested in Louisville, Florida, Florida State, Purdue, Texas A&M, Arkansas and West Virginia.

Central Florida and South Florida are currently not high on Benjamin’s interest list as they once were. The schools listed above have shown plenty of attention and are highly interested in Benjamin’s talent. The majority of the college football programs are recruiting him as a hybrid RB/Slot. While Purdue is recruiting Richard as a safety.

Benjamin will visit Purdue next weekend when they play Wisconsin for their homecoming. Ex-Robinson star, Frankie Williams and Ex-Hillsborough playmaker, Anthony Brown (current Purdue players) have been in communication with Benjamin and excited to host the Tampa Bay Tech ATH.

Benjamin is arranging visits to Louisville and West Virginia.
