Tony: when will Cortavious givens RB class of 2014 from Admiral Farragut commit to Tennessee?
RESPONSE: Don’t bet on it anytime soon. Plus, no verbal offer from Tennessee at this point. Givens is a grown man. Looks like a college junior right now. He can play at the BCS level as an LB. But, I personally think he could be special as a RB if he continues to rehab from his knee injury. He will have plenty more offers come his way.

bobby b: “how come you hate on some players and love your select ones? like you document your favorites and publish nothing on those you do not care for. and yes you can be wrong, we are all not perfect. ”
RESPONSE: My initial response to this question was, “Are you serious”? But, then I had to step back and address it like this: If you can find evidence of how we “HATED” on any player, please email the link to info@bigcountypreps.com. Take a screen shot, copy and past the link where such a thing was written…basically, don’t tell me we did this without evidence. I’ll be waiting. Doubt this email will ever come.

Bill: Will the athletes be timed and measured @ E7 this year? If so, will these results be shared with other Colleges/Universities similar to Ignite?
RESPONSE: Athletes will be measured at E7, but not timed. It’s all ball. Who can play and who can’t. Our timing event was Ignite. E7 will provide high school athletes (football players) the opportunity to increase their media and recruiting exposure by partaking in several agility drills, football position skill work and 1 on 1s. This event will allow BCP evaluators and other invited media, the opportunity to observe how well players can change directions, stop, start and accelerate, use their hands, work their feet, swivel the hips, dominate the man across from them…play football! B.B: I’m a 9th grader & I’m already getting exposure, many tell me I can go to a major FBS school because little FBS school are already sending me letters. I know everything sounds like im doing perfect but do you think I’m to small to go to a major FBS (5,9,130,40Yd..4.68) & I also just got invited to FBU.
RESPONSE: Can’t give a solid answer on this. Don’t know who you are nor have I seen you play. Because smaller schools are sending mail does not mean major BCS schools will do the same. 130 lbs is light at any position. But you are just a 9th grader. Plenty of years to naturally get strong and grow which will add weight.

david: My son has one year left of high school . He has been a starter on his team all the way through high school (OL /DL) , now they want to change his position . Is this a bad thing since its going to be his last year ?
RESPONSE: Not the job of the high school coach to play a kid at the position he wants to play. Needs to put kids at positions where he can succeed and help the team. If there is a void, it must be filled. This could be a good thing. All depends on how he performs. At the very least, he will have junior film at OL/DL and senior film at his new position if that happens.
