Fivay enters this big match-up averaging 149 yards rushing and 211 yards passing. Tyler Degan was 12/18 against River Ridge completing nearly 70 percent of his passes. Springstead has an above average offensive line, anchored by BCS prospect Eric Allen. QB Tyler Mahla finished last week’s contest 9/12 and 201 yards and 3 TD passes. The Land O’ Lakes Gators will travel strong to Pasco high riding a one game winning streak on the back of a high powered offense. Harrison Wood carried the ball 22 times in his season debut for 140 yards. While quarterback Ethan Weilant rushed for 49 yards and two rushing TDs.

Tampa Catholic (1-0) at Zephyrhills (0-1)
Zephyrhills was defeated by Land O’ Lakes last week, but very competitive. With the loss, Zephyrhills drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Tampa Catholic (Tampa, FL) to battle the Crusaders in a non-league test on Friday, September 7. The Crusaders come into the test with a record of 1-0. Tampa Catholic won 31-6 in their recent non-league test against Bayshore (Bradenton, FL). – Maxpreps. The Bulldogs led by youth and a fresh coaching staff. The Bulldogs will look to grab a home win vs. the visiting Crusaders who are averaging 179 yards on the ground and 149 yards in the air.
