As hard as this was, we ranked the Top OUTSIDE LINEBACKERS in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco County (Disclaimer: we have not even touched the surface of Pasco County talent). These rankings will be evaluated again in the summer as opinions change and other players surface. The rankings are based on skill, talent, basically…who we think will be the top OLBs of the 2012 season. Our evaluations are based on film review, Ignite Showcase performance, combines and practice observations.
