EVALUATION
Plays really well with his hands. Can be disruptive at times. Shows lots of length at 6 foot 4 inches and 225 pounds. Has the ability to take a gap and redirect. As the film continues, you can see how Locke can throttle down in space versus ball carriers. Good gap quickness and able to anchor the edge.

IMPROVEMENTS
Needs to develop more pass rush moves and play with a lower pad level.

OVERALL
Locke is projected as an interior lineman. Will grow into big kid. Can be very productive as a gap player.
