East Lake 2014 CB, Keon Brown has seen his stock rise exponentially since the conclusion of the BCP Leverage Academy. The Eagle sophomore took home position honors in Texas at the FBU Camp and pulled in top (soph)DB honors at the NUC Combine in Orlando a week ago. Brown is a talented young player who continues to improve.
Chris White, SPC, 2014, ATH and Zach Benjamin, Tampa Catholic, 2013 WR had good showings at NFTC yesterday. Both received NUC Ultimate 100 invite.
Plant QB Colby Brown was one of eight QBs awarded with the Golden Gun Accuracy award at the Nike/ESPN Elite 11 QB Camp at Buford HS this weekend. There were close to 100 QBs at the event including 21 QBs with Division 1 offers. This is the second time in a row for Colby as he won it as a Freshman last year’s Elite 11 at UCF.
Leon McQuay III, Vernon Hargreaves and Ryan Green were invited to The Opening.

Who: Class of 2013 graduates and top underclassmen high school football players.
What: The Opening presented by Nike Football is four days of dynamic training, coaching and competition for many of the country’s most elite high school football players. Every position and every aspect of the game will be highlighted over the course of the four-day program. Last year’s event saw NFL stars like Jerry Rice, Larry Fitzgerald, Ndamukong Suh, Patrick Peterson, Ray Rice and Dwayne Bowe coach participants in a variety of drills and competitions.
When: The event runs from July 5-8.
