The road has been full of turns for the senior PHUH QB.  Billy Pavlock has had plenty of college interest, but nothing solid until now.  After receiving an offer from D2 Ferris State, Pavlock grabbed another offer from Delta State, another Division 2 program located in Mississippi.  Pavlock is known for his versatility and speed.  He received 1st Team ALL BCP honors this year as an ATH: His name was in the running for player of the year.
