Ex-Lennard QB, Fred Porter becomes the first division 1 football player in Lennard High School history. Porter was a preferred walk-on at Florida International University and made the team. As a senior, Porter lead the Longhorns to a 5-5 record with 350 yards passing, 470 rush yards and 11 total TDs.
