Plant City rising senior WR Lamarlin Wiggins said that the University of Southern California has extended a verbal scholarship offer.  According to the Bright House Sports Network Combine measurements, he is 6′ 2.5″  188 pounds.  He also added Virginia to his offers that include USF, Miami, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest.
