It takes a Village–to host the FACA North-South All-Star game

The annual edition of the FACA’s North vs. South All-Star Classic kicks off in The Villages tomorrow afternoon at 1pm showcasing some of Florida’s bat talent up-and-down the peninsula. This season, there are 24 prospects from the BCP coverage area that will feature in Saturday’s contest. Last season, the North squad came back from a 28-7 deficit in the third quarter to defeat the south 29-28. The South Squad is coached by Winter Haven’s Charlie Tate, while the North is led by First Coast’s Marty Lee. The action gets underway at 1pm at The Villages Charter High School. Below is a list of the players from the area making an appearance.
